A constant question that our Customers ask is how much the freight is going to cost. With 10,000+ diverse items and the potential of countless combinations that mixing them presents requiring specialized packaging, it is impossible to get firm quotes prior to the merchandise actually being shipped. We know our Customers need to know their costs when placing an order. Consequently, we have come up with our new guaranteed freight policy for continental US Customers. These new freight cost guarantees are offered to all Customers, and replaces any existing discount and/or freight schedules that were previously issued.
 

NEW FREIGHT COST GUARANTEE GUIDELINES

Civilizzation does not finance freight charges.

  • Freight guarantees require the freight be paid prior to shipping. This can be done with any of the following credit cards: Visa or Mastercard.
     
  • All orders are shipped the quickest and least expensive means possible.
     
  • These freight costs apply to continental US address deliveries ONLY. Special services such as lift gate, fork lift, residential and inside deliveries must be excluded from this offer.

When choosing this option, your entire order will be shipped at the scheduled rates below. You will be charged for the percentage of freight that would apply to the billable invoice. All partial shipments and backorders will also maintain the guaranteed rate.

Shipping / Packing Guidelines

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD FOB SHIPPING POINT SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: FOB Shipping Point means that ownership of the merchandise is transferred at the time of shipment.

NO MINIMUM ORDERS: Civilizzation has no minimum order requirement. However a 5% packing fee will be added for all orders under $300.00 for products that will be shipped.

WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR QUALITY: Civilizzation takes pride in its products. All products are inspected before packing and are packed with the utmost care using specially engineered packing materials and extra strength boxes to protect them during normal shipping. Our packing crews personally sign each shipment, look for this notice on the outside of the box.

UPON RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT: Please inspect all cartons at the time of delivery for any visible signs of damage and/or negligence on the part of the carrier. Any damage found should be noted on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the shipment. Other damage not identified at the time of receipt must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible. Please save all packing materials as this will assist in the successful conclusion of the claim process. Please contact the carrier directly to request an inspection and to file a damage claim. DO NOT WRITE OR CALL CIVILIZZATION PRIOR TO CONTACTING THE CARRIER. FOLLOWING THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL ASSIST YOU IN RECOVERING THE AMOUNT OF THE CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER. Civilizzation will assist Customers with filing claims when possible.

REPLACEMENT SERVICE: We are unable to process refunds or otherwise reimburse Customers for merchandise damaged in transit. However, we have established a replacement service to assist Customers in securing a replacement for merchandise damaged in transit. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience to our customers that a delay in receiving merchandise causes. Please contact our Replacement Customer Service Administrator to place a priority order for any items that were damaged. Replacement orders are shipped as soon as the item becomes available. Replacement orders are shipped under the same freight and payment terms as the original order.
